New FBI Docs Expose SHADOW GOVERNMENT
Common Sense Evaluation ^

Posted on 10/18/2016 5:59:26 AM PDT by gaggs

The FBI released more of their own documents Monday pertaining to the investigation of Hillary Clinton’s use of private servers. Buried inside 100 pages of heavily redacted interview summaries, from the FBI’s investigation, are a series of allegations that are nothing short of a bombshell. References are made to an ultra-secret, high-level group within the government, who were actually referred to as "The Shadow Government."

Why should the Democrats care about this or any other revelation of corruption? What are the Republicans going to do about it? Nothing.

Seriously, from a Democrat’s perspective, they could care less about what scandals may be exposed. The media won’t cover them and the Republicans won’t do anything about them other than put on their little shows of political theater. Dems have nothing to worry about. There are never any consequences for them.

I know you are not trying to discourage the posting of such information, but consider that there are independents out there that are still swayable.

Yes, I am not trying to discourage any revelations of corruption or scandals. And I agree that independents need to hear about them. But unfortunately, the Republican congress acts like it doesn’t want to hear about them. They do virtually nothing to punish those who commit them, and then scheme to conceal the information from the supposed representatives of the people.

In my opinion, congress’ refusal to hold anyone accountable for violations of the people’s trust is a scandal in itself.

Yep, I think things went downhill fast for the Republicans representing us when they went down that rat hole called “bipartisanship”. It sounded great to the public and it got the media off their backs. Brainwashing at it finest. imo

Oliver Stone was right! If there’s one “small shadow government” mixed with a bunch more you have one “big shadow government”. I believe it. It’s made up of the large banks, elite politicians and military suck ups.

There’s only one thing I admire about the Democrats: they play to win. They are viscous fighters who pull out all the stops to get what they want. The Republicans, by contrast, are passive and easily manipulated. Their natural tendency is to roll over.

No, they couldn’t.

OK, they might care in the sense that its a temporary embarrassment, or that it might cost them some money to do damage control. But in the long run, they are confident that the vast majority of their scandals will be downplayed by a protective media and/or largely ignored by the Republicans, many of whom are reluctant to throw stones because they too live in glass houses. Bottom line is that its more of an inconvenience to them than anything else so they don’t lose too much sleep over scandals.

Note that Marco Rubio just said we should ignore the Wikileaks emails. He, like many of his colleagues, is afraid that future leaks may hurt Republicans. And like the rest of the GOP he doesn’t have the fortitude to condemn and prosecute wrongdoing at the highest levels of our government.
