I went to the Cincinnati Rally as a VIP since I work at a Campaign Office in Clermont Cty OH. We got like 10 seats but that is not the point. Here is some inside baseball on that event.
-They issued 25,000 tickets on-line. You had to have a ticket, even if you were on the VIP list.
-The arena holds 17,000 - it was full. Fire Dept shut the door when it hit capacity.
-There were an estimate 7,000 people outside. How they estimate that beats me, but some may have gone home when the doors shut. So there is some +/- on that number.
-17,000 + 7,000 = 24,000. That means pretty much everybody who printed off a ticket, came to the event there were basically zero No-Shows.
That amazes me. It was a free event too.

A lot of those would have gladly paid.
Kaine was in Florida; maybe 50 people showed up.
Pence was in VA (Kaine's backyard). 600-odd people showed up in the rain to listen to him speak.
I know that the polls are pointing at Hillary, I know that she'll get a significant percentage of the vote, and I know that voter fraud will work more in her favor than Trumps. However, what my eyes are telling me is that Trump is going to steamroll her.
I'm trying to stay out of the FR echo chamber (that's how I was POSITIVE that BO would lose in 2012). Looking at it as objectively as possible, I don't see any other outcome than a win for Trump.
