Yup. Thank goodness the internet, by design, is distributed and redundant. The State can't readily shut off information flow.

No, they don't. They are hashes that will validate the authenticity of files that will be distributed.

Those strings are 64 bits in hexadecimal format. Doing some math, they can be expressed as a 1024 bit binary string.

1024 bit is a common key length for encryption / decryption keys. So I agree, these are almost certainly decryption keys for something.
