RCP is an average of all the polling data. But how accurate can RCP be if the polling data they pull from is fabricated to make Hillary look good?

Correct I agree. So some of the polls do that, and consequently the true spread is (and has been) tighter. But even so, with that offset in Hillary's favor, there is a limitation to how far they can go with that, and apparently they can't take it far enough to stop a rebound showing up in the poll average...just think it's worth something to acknowledge..new trend

Those Monmouth polls..what a joke. How can there be polling for Trump +2, +1, Tie, -4...etc all the way to Monmouths Trump -12 ??? 14 point spread, no way. WHat this guy does is he waits to see what the other polls do and when he sees weakness with Trump he throws in one of his fixed polls to pile on which are always 10 points worse than the average. He does this with particular states at times. And I’ve read his supporting methodology on some of his polls in the past, and he doesn’t explain the weighting he assigns at all.
