FBI Director James Comey’s decision to not file charges against Hillary Clinton over her unauthorized and unsecure email server was controversial. It led to a backlash against him by conservatives that was also dotted with disbelief and shock. It led to him appearing before congressional hearings for further questions, given how damning his press conference was on July 5 about the agency’s findings. During that press conference, he said that 110 emails on 52 separate chains contained classified information, that Clinton and her staff were extremely careless in handling sensitive information, and that there were three emails that they recovered, which were classified at the time these communications were sent or received. But Hillary Clinton might not have known these were sensitive since the documents weren’t properly marked. In fact, she didn’t know that “c” stood for classified. Wikileaks’ Julian Assange denies that claim, saying that Clinton is lying.
If anything, as Chuck Todd and others noted, Comey’s July 5 press conference was GOP attack ad gold and offered an indictment of her judgment as president. That point would never be made; the Trump campaign never did any ads immediately after Comey’s presser. Regardless, the FBI is apparently at odds over their boss’ decision not to file charges. Fox News reported from a high-level source that said that the agents involved in the email investigation were “disgusted” by Comey’s refusal to file charges, and that virtually everyone investigating thought that Clinton’s security clearance should be revoked. Guy wondered if any DOJ or FBI officials/agents would resign over their grievances with Comey. That remains to be seen. The latest news from the grapevine is that the FBI is revolting against Comey, and that agents view him as a “dirty cop,” according to a former U.S. attorney (via American Spectator):
“I know that inside the FBI there is a revolt,” Joseph diGenova tells The American Spectator. “There is a revolt against the director. The people inside the bureau believe the director is a dirty cop. They believe that he threw the [Hillary Clinton email] case. They do not know what he was promised in return. But the people inside the bureau who were involved in the case and who knew about the case are talking to former FBI people expressing their disgust at the conduct of the director.”
The loss of faith in the bureau chief stems in part from a dishonest rendering of the decision not to indict Mrs. Clinton as unanimous rather than unilateral and in part from the bureau’s decision to destroy evidence in the case and grant blanket immunity to Clinton underlings for no possible prosecutorial purpose.
“There is a consensus among the employees that the director has lost all credibility and that he cannot lead the bureau,” diGenova explains. “They are comparing him to L. Patrick Gray, the disgraced former FBI director who threw Watergate papers into the Potomac River. The resistance to the director has made the agency incapable of action. It has been described to me as a depression within the agency unlike anything that anyone has ever seen within the bureau. The director’s public explanation for the unorthodox investigation are viewed by people in the bureau as sophomoric and embarrassing.”
The Spectator added that the FBI’s own notes cited Clinton aides destroying old Blackberries (Clinton had 13 devices) with hammers, which isn’t State Department policy. The publication also adds that agents are now a bit on edge that Congress could subpoena them over Comey’s handling of the investigation.
We’ll keep you updated. But, regarding the dirty cop remark, things look like they’re getting worse over there.
So what are they going to do about it?
Nothing.
Personally, I’d like to see Trump (as he wins) to walk in on day one and have Comey escorted out of the FBI and dismissed. Based on everything said in the past month....he’s a failure at ethics and simply an insider for the Clintons.
FBI agents have about two weeks or so before they're ALL dirty cops.
The FBI agents need to SPILL before the election, so we don't have a Crooked Chief Law Enforcement officer named Hillary Clinton.
If no FBI agents spill, the Bureau joins the Crooked IRS as just another corrupt federal agency.

Nobody gets to the top in this government unless they’re dirty, dirty, DIRTY! until Trump gets into town that is!
I call BS, same crap as before and not a one of them will stand up for America. Silence is compliance.
Just whine about it. If he's a "dirty cop"—and Comey is worse than that—then not doing anything about it is evidence that the FBI is not a federal bureau of investigation when the criminality is within their own organization.
Such a corruption-and-criminality-tolerant bureau of criminals and whiners needs to be disbanded and replaced.
The implication of this is that the FBI is not thoroughly corrupt as is the senior military. That’s good but won’t survive a Hillary presidency.
Comey did what he was told.
Not defending this traitor, but how do we know that Loretta Lynch would have done anything even if Comey had presented a case?
The whole lot of them is crooked to the core...or, as Obama would say, “crooked to the corps.”.
If Trump wins, he must demand that there be no further destruction of evidence, and state that he will undertake an investigation to determine what if any evidence tampering took place during the Obama administration, with particular attention on that administration's lame-duck period.

To pull off a scam like the Clinton email cover up, it took real power. Not power that a peon like the FBI Dir has, power like the man Comey works for has at his disposal.
Power like the man Att Gen'l Lynch works for.
WHO do Comey and Lynch work for? Does he have the power to control Comey and Lynch?
If you look at history, one of the biggest, well investigated, well publicized abuses of power was Watergate. Nixon did NOT want criminal facts to be publicized. So he lied and forced the issue. The MSM buried Nixon.
In this case, Hussein Obama does NOT want an indictment because it would kill any chance the Demorats have of controlling the White House. Hussein's course of action was simple: Two phone calls to Lynch and Comey which stated there would be no indictment.
Hussein Obama now owns Hillary. It doesn't matter what it takes, Hussein and his Demorat Party of thieves and liars will put Hillary in the White House.
If ANY FBI agents talk, Hussein's goons will bury them far beneath FBI Dir Hoover's grave.
The only thing that these “top FBI” types seem to be worried about is how to get their turn at $15 or $30 Million to look the other way.

It is clear that any citizen with knowledge or information on a Federal crime would be afraid to report it to the FBI. They all most be considered Dirty Cops.
