Screw these govt criminals. They are exposed. They dont get to claim to be for upholding the laws because others broke laws to expose them.
Intent also factors in. These clowns intent was personal gain and/or political gain. The hackers intent was to bring these scum down.
I’m sorry to say that at this point I agree.
Whistleblowers are heroes when they expose such grotesque corruption, mendacity, and incompetence as is on display in the various Wikileaks documents. Whatever damage to our national security was done by these leaks is far offset by calling the public’s attention to just how rotten and in need of reform our government is.
We have powerful and dangerous enemies all over the world. We will not overcome them until we overcome our most dangerous foe: Ourselves.
