Now, next UN project is to put a bag over the sun
I heard about this proposal! When answering objections from concerned scientists, who posited that the heat of the sun would burn away the bag before it could have any salutary effect, the UN Officials allayed their fears by assuring them that the project would be carried out AT NIGHT!

There is so much wrong with this. These dolts want to cause more people to die from extreme weather in order to prevent an imaginary temperature rise that is indistinguishable from natural variability?

How many people will now die from the heat?
The young and the elderly will be most affected, this is a most vile form of population control. Of course the elite won’t be bothered because they are so important.

This could be the start of the next Civil War. I live in Houston, and this area is basically uninhabitable without A/C. We’re still in the 90s here.

Will the Ammonia Cooling Cycle help?
I don’t mean help the glow-bull warming, but help if HCFCs are banned.
Check to see if Soros and Buffet are long on Ammonia.

"If Obastard is serious about this, he will start by banning air conditioning in all federal buildings. The government needs to lead by example."
As wilh everything Obama and the Rats do, the issue is not the issue; this is all about power and control and the enrichment of the ruling oligarchy.

Adopting an ambitious amendment to phase down the use and production of hydrofluorocarbonsor HFCsis likely the single most important step that we could take at this moment to limit the warming of our planet, Secretary of State John Kerry said in Kigali, in remarks before the passage of the agreement. (snip)
When John Effing Kerry gives up his air conditioned mansions then I will consider continuing to live in Phoenix AZ (50+ years now) WITHOUT my air conditioning also. BUT NOT UNTIL - we will have CWII first John.

It should be up to Congress
The operative word here is SHOULD. But we have ushered in an era of the pen and phone. When shrillary stuffs the SCOTUS with her 4 hard Marxist lefties, the CONGRESS BECOMES INOPERATIVE.

Great. Third worlders in Rwanda deciding whether or not Americans can use air conditioners. I don’t think we’re in America anymore, Toto. Aren’t the “democrats” the same turds who cry and wring their hands every summer because the poor and elderly people in the big cities are dying because they don’t have air conditioners or the electricity goes out? This seems to be a little hypocritical to me.

Less air conditioning? It is something just like this that will finally be the tipping point. It won’t be immigration, the economy or even Supreme Court appointees that get the unengaged more involved, it will be no air conditioning in the heat of the summer months. Now that is something to fight about! I am being sarcastic, but I stand behind my prediction.
