So why wait until now to request this? Did somebody remind (tell) JW? Is someone inside now helping get truth out?

Normally, a Judge would not grant this kind of request but three things are working together to make it reasonable that the Judge might go with them

First is the DOJ/FBI/Dept of State cover up and it's subsequent stonewalling Congress for documents, destruction of data and other obstructions of Justice is obvious and the public opinion is turning against the cover up as the information comes out

Second is the current wikileaks and DNC/Podesta leaks

Third and most significant was the Clinton response to a 25 Question interrogatory which they slow rolled with constant time extension and then basically sent an arrogant, defiant and insulting slap on the face response to the Judge in the case.

It's basically the legal equivalent of flipping the bird to the Judge, telling him, “f**k off , we ain't givin’ you nuthin’ - so what ya gonna do about it”

Well, granting this Judicial Watch in an expedited fashion is one thing well within the Judge's power to come back with that could potentially be devastating to the the Clintons, the FBI and DOJ and perhaps even the White House.

The Judge granting this request would force the FBI to reject his order which will kick off a pretty damaging legal fight which will force the FBI to justify the rejection or to FBI to admit that the FBI has already destroyed the evidence in this case which is very probable in this case which would demonstrate more destruction of evidence and obstruction of justice by the FBI.
