This kind of characterization is frequently a precursor to war.

If Obama would keep his nose out of Syria, there would be less dead people there.

This whole “Cyberwar” BS is pissing me off too.
After one week and Clinton’s failure in the debates, there will be a huge “counter attack” that will “shut the American internet down.”
After two weeks, Obama will declare martial law and cancel the elections - after which we will be in a state of perpetual war.

Wait .... I thought that “if we elect obama, the world would love us.” Well that’s what the clueless liberals were saying before that POS got in office.

The Russians are the only ones that have really gone after ISIS. obama and hillary did nothing more than put on a show.

We have no justifiable reason for being involved over there.

Hundreds of thousands of Christians were slaughtered because of obama and hillary. There are very few Christians in Aleppo so now they want to get serious?

I don’t trust obama, hillary, or the CIA. We’ve got no business over there.

.. the former international development secretary compared the Kremlin's role in the conflict to that of the Nazis during the Spanish Civil War ..

If these warmongers get their way they deserve a Nuremburg-type trial, when it's over.

The Battle of Guernica was a masterpiece...and I am not talking about the painting. (Stolen line from another FReeper whose name I have forgotten).

A lot of parallels between Syria and the Spanish Civil War.

The Republicans were no saints neither.

I agree- we are on the verge of some sort of Gulf of Tonkin Incident. Or maybe with Obama involved it would be the Golf of Tonkin....

Out past meddling in Syria is the main reason Aleppo needs to be “saved.”

Now that Obama has flown billions of our money to Iran we are effectively financing both sides in this war. Insane.

Former international development secretary Andrew Mitchell

From his wikispooks page:

On Tuesday 11 October 2016, Andrew Mitchell was granted an emergency 3-hour debate in the House of Commons to discuss the situation in Syria amid allegations by the Western-backed NGO White Helmets that Russian military jets and Syrian helicopters are bombarding civilians in eastern Aleppo.

From the wikispooks White Helmets page:

Posing as an impartial rescue force, the White Helmets are transparently auxiliaries serving exclusively side-by-side with armed militants including US State Department, UN, and EU designated foreign terrorist organisations. Their primary function is not “rescuing” anyone, but to manage a public relations campaign aimed at swaying public and political opinion, leveraging “humanitarian” sympathy worldwide.

Russians are in Syria because of the failures of Obama and his administration. Putin KNOWS he is dealing with a pacifist and moral coward who hates his own country.

The fact is, Putin is a murdered and dictator who is shoring up a brutal fascist, Assad, in Syria so his military can have naval and air bases in Syria and, along with Iranian allies in Syria, Iraq and Yemen, control the politics and oil flow in the Middle East. Even the rankest fool can realize that.

It will allow him to raise the price of fossil fuel, make him and Russia rich, intimidate Europe, and weaken it further by flooding it with refugees it can’t support or absorb while insulting and degrading America and the few allies we have left in the world.

It has NOTHING to do with fighting ISIS. Obama and Assad and Putin helped CREATE ISIS.

I agree that something must be done about the Russians regarding Wikileaks and their attempted election manipulation- I suggest we send them a really nice fruit basket and a card.

Indeed. I am no
fan of
Russia or the Houthis, but a French analyst noted the hypocrisy of the false humanitarian outrage at Allepo and yet saying nothing of Saudis killing 200 on a strike of a funeral.

This is nervously too close to the Kossovo BS wag the dog flap to me

Seems to ignore that when one nation meddles in an area for its own goals, other nations may decide to try to do the same to attain their goals....Obama has meddled more than any other president I can remember - and none of it for our National Security.
