We also learned in today’s leaks that Biden was running for President and had begun setting up a campaign organization all over the country before he got sabotaged.

He may be dumber than a box of rocks, but I truly believe that ol’ Uncle Joe, actually cares about this country, albeit from a very distorted viewpoint and is not out trying to destroy it. It seems to me like he’s there, enjoying the ride, wherever it takes him.
