I live in VA. I’m going to be here on election day but voted absentee for the first time every just to lock in my vote in case of who the hell knows what.
I wonder how many like you wanted to get their vote for Trump in, especially from the more liberal areas of VA. I do note the comments earlier in this thread that not all areas of VA are in this article.
Which Congressional District? I’m in the 8th (previously Moran, now Beyer).
I voted as well. One less thing to worry about. This might just be people have already made up their minds and see no point in waiting in line on the 8th.
I’m outside of Fredericksburg, the southern end of govt employee population.
In 2008 and 2012, there was a clear increase in black voters at my polling place. Assuming they voted for Obama, I wonder if they will turn out for Hillary. I still have not seen a single yard sign for Hillary. Only 1 bumpersticker.
Obama and Bernie stickers were abundant in this area.
