Scotland edges close to second independence vote post-Brexit

Scottish First Minister Nicola Sturgeon has announced that she will be publishing a draft bill for a second referendum vote, just two years after the country voted not to seek independence from the UK.

"I can confirm today that the independence referendum bill will be published for consultation next week," she said.

"I am determined that Scotland will have the ability to reconsider the question of independence, and to do so before the UK leaves the EU."

Scotland has always been a poor country. They only became better off when they united with England.
