I looked at the details and it basically allows outsourcing on a global scale giving legal protection to any Company doing it anywhere in the world.
China, India and Mexico benefit with more jobs.
Big USA companies benefit with lower costs.
Politicians get kickbacks from Companies wanting to setup outsourcing.
CEO’s make a bundle with stock option agreements.
Americans get left holding the bag.
