The only way to win this is not on facts, if facts mattered Hillary would be polling around 20% because the hardcore leftists will vote for her regardless.
What we need to do is make this election so toxic that the average idiot stays home. This includes left leaning idiots and the ‘undecided” (you know the ones who spend 20 minutes in line at the hamburger placing trying to decide if they want pickles on their sandwich) those morons. If we can get them all to sit home, Trump wins in an epic landslide
You are onto something. I live with a brain damaged person. My mom has Alzheimer’s. She used to read a huge nonfiction historical bio or some such a week. She was so smart and a dedicated Constitutional conservative. She now has no memory and still wants Fox News on sometimes. She gets all her info from what she has just seen in the last minute. She doesn’t know who is president or who is running, she hates Obama and Hillary but isn’t sure if either of them are president and doesn’t know what day, month, or year it is.
After a few minutes of watching Fox News, she doesn’t want to vote for either Hillary or Trump, bemoans our choice, and says she will write in Paul Ryan. (I’ve stopped trying to tell her the truth of the election’s magnitude even though after I do, she “gets it” for a few minutes). She is a good “control” test subject to see the immediate effects of the media influence on a low info voter. She is the ultimate Low Info Viewer. (She will not be voting.)
