Colonel, In my humble opinion this “lactation” began with the acceptance of DACOWTS resulting in the Closing of so many Bases and reduction of force strength/purpose/mission/capability and kissing the feet, on so many issues, of the EPA.

Didn’t DACOWITS also conclude that in a strength test between 100 male recruits and 100 female recruits, that the ten strongest women were only as strong as the ten weakest men?
