It’s very simple.

Obama will simply withdraw out troops, Marines, sailors, blue suiters, etc. from Guantanamo.

Castro will not have to fight for it. He will imply walk in to an empty base.

Then Castro will rent it out to the Russians, Chinese, Iranians or even the Norks.
