That link worked fine for me, both when I was logged in and when I was not... not sure what this guy is having problems with.
There is an option to limit certain materials that pop up on your screen. People with kids choose that option to keep things of a sexual or even adult nature from popping up on their screens.
You and I don’t have that engaged, so it wasn’t blocking us.
They did, so it was blocking it from them.
I guess YouTube rated it up and then back down, so folks could, then couldn’t, and then could see it again.
perhaps unless it constitutes an “in kind” donation and a violation of the FEC rules. of course the FEC is still investigation questions regarding Abraham Lincoln’s election...
Google, Facebook, Microsoft, Apple. They are really all horrible. After the Iron Curtain came down CIA/NSA tech types all got kicked out to get their needed technology to be developed more cost efficiently and effectively in the private sector. Companies like Google, Facebook and Twitter and some cybersecurity companies have been especially effective in delivering on those investment dollars. In fact, they have performed beyond all imagination at the time.

Yep. Uploaded by a different youtuber, but that link worked for me also.
It may be because youtube is placing ads uploaded to youtube by “team trump” into the restricted area.
At your link, I noticed that though the video is available, the comments are hidden (”Restricted Mode has hidden comments for this video”).
I turned mine on because youtube kept suggesting I watch videos of girls in tiny bikinis (and less).
I don't need any more temptation.;-)
I have no doubt YouTube will do anything to prevent a free exchange of ideas.
