REALITY CHECK---According to an IBT report, “at least seven foreign governments received State Dept clearance for American arms AND are on-record as donors to the Clinton Foundation while Hillary was Secy of State.” Oman and Qatar were named as countries favored for arms sales by Hillary's State Dept.

from Mideast kingdom--Qatar---(recently exposed as embroiled in FIFA bribery).
The Clinton presidential library in Arkansas lists Brunei, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar as donors that gave between $1 million and $5 million (at the time of research).
Appears Bill Clinton tripped over himself in order to confirm the 2002 Brunei donation (priming the pump for more Mideast donations?): "The Clinton Foundation's impact would not be possible without the generous support of our donors," the foundation's website reads.
