I have believed from the get-go this is a GOP-e operation.
If it was Senor, there is no way Ryan did not know ahead of time. I doubt he was told directly and has “plausible deniabilty.” But he would have known this came from his camp.
I will go one step further. If it was Senor acting on behalf of Ryan and Romney, I am guessing the long game for them was to have Romney step in the save the Party.

It makes sense. Ryan knows about the tape, and is prepared to show his disdain for Trump immediately. He cancels appearing with him, and double downs.
He’s figuring that doing that would help him.
Fact is, now Senor is posting for the media to put the heat on Trump Surrogates.
In short, WHETHER OR NOT HE RELEASED THE TAPE, WHY IS HE TELLING THE MEDIA TO ATTACK THE SURROGATES?
