It's "medicalese" for epilepsy.Or,more broadly,whenever anyone has what civilians would call an "epileptic fit" a medical person would call it a "seizure".
Hmmmm....it would be TERRIBLE if some patriot were to go to one of her rallies and do their best to help her have a seizure...I’d just HATE that...
A couple of my kids had a seizure disorder when they were young. Theirs was not labeled as epilepsy and they completely outgrew it. They were both on meds for a year or so.
