Clinton pardoned 16 Puerto Rican FARC terrorists who were responible for 138 bombings with fatalities and dozens of injuries IN NYC. They even fired a LAW rocket into THE FBI OFFICE IN PUERTO RICO!! This was apparently in exchange for the puerto rican vote in Hillary’s first senate run.
