Four decades ago my wife was walking through a Dept. store, wearing her leather jacket while I waited 100 ft. Away at the curb with my bike. They “offered their services” as she passed a couple of Hispanic guys. She was pretty upset by the time she got to me and remarked that “those two” had been rude to her but would not tell me what they said. She begged me to just leave as I put down the kick stand and walked inside she followed trying to pull me back outside but let go and stopped as I approached them.
I asked them to repeat just what it was they had said to my wife that had upset her so much. They tried to ignore me and walk away so I just loudly repeated myself. One of them turned and asked what I thought I was doing as there were two of them. I was in FULL FURY by that point and invited them to tee up. The other one says, “Everyone bleeds” and I answered “You two are gonna do a lot of bleeding soon, come on.”. About then I noticed two Hispanic women watching us nearby who were horrified. I realized these were THEIR WIVES! So I got even louder and went back to “WHAT DID YOU SAY TO MY WIFE? Tell me what you had to say TO MY WIFE”.
You should have seen the looks on those four faces! I realized nothing I could do to those two was gonna hurt as much as the hurt they were going to get later so I waved good bye to their wives and left.
Dunno, maybe those women would be like “Attaboy tigers.”
