A representative of a tiny district. Irrelevant to the mass of people who will vote for Trump.
I agree that people who will vote for Trump find him irrelevant to an extent (specifically the lack of his support). Even though he is the Rep of a small district, he unfortunately is the Speaker of the House, which gives him a lot of power (wish we had a real conservative with cajones that would have fought back Obama in that position).
