I have to admit, the logistics of the release of this tape is a head-scratcher. It goes against all the political dos and don’ts for creating the most damage.
Like you said, the best way to insulate bad news is to release it on a Friday....better way is a Friday during a hurricane....and even better a Friday during a hurricane on a long weekend.
It’s just really odd. I think these are the possible explanations:
1. Trump insiders knew it was coming so they did it
2. HRC camp did it as insulation for the wikileaks release, but it wasn’t the timing they originally wished for...and this is all they got.
3. This is not the biggest surprise the HRC camp has, so why not start damaging now before the second debate.
He needs to play THEIR game.
He apologized. END OF STORY.
NEXT (Hammer, rinse, repeat):
1. Jobs, jobs, jobs! Keep losing them (democrats) or bring them back (Trump).
2. Bad trade deals hurt jobs. FIX or get rid of bad trade deals!
3. We have NO MONEY! Fix this or we’re screwed.
4. People on assistance. We have no money! Needs to be fixed or you’re really SCREWED without even a job to fall back on!

rodguy posted a link to a dcwhispers story that says it was not the Trump insiders, it was illary’s minions.
And that the GOPe found out about it and didn’t tell Trump & co.
Plus the tape release was plotted weeks ago.
When did they get wind of the wikileaks coming out?
If knowledge of the wikileaks was first, then the tape got let out by illary in a scramble to counter the leaks (and put chum in the water for the MSM sharks).
