The smartest man to ever sit in that office, and yes, I include Thomas Jefferson. Ask any old DC hand.

Ask any old DC hand.I recently watched some of his interviews in which he was commenting on some of our history in the 60s and 70s. He was indeed highly intelligent. Much maligned by history. I think a lot of people would be shocked if they saw some of these videos, read his books.

Gents, thanks for the perspective and video of which I forgot. I never realized he was that smart. I get why the left hated him. A dear friends of mines dad was a "B" rated actor who knew Reagan and sung his praises as he opened up an HMO and treated him like a king. My friend recalls his dad saying Ronald Reagan was a good man a man of labor. Tangent to this his dad said
yes their are communist in Hollywood, they want me to join the party all the time.
Isn't it ironic, Nixon / Joe McCarthy were right and that in their quest to destroy Nixon, Hillary was on that team? And now Dole stand with Trump who metaphorically wants to put a stake in the heart of a certain Socialist Beast? ;-)
Either I am off my rocker, or this is bigger than any of us or anything we imagined...
