Howdy, Kathy.
Been up to par and had a good day. A close friend celebrated her 60th birthday and there were a couple of times we thought she wouldn’t live to see 60. Bad heart. But she did make it and doing well, and her kids threw a big party for her tonight. That’s why I was late getting to FR.
Hope you had a good day. Your mom still on the quiet side, giving you a little break?

Quiet most of the day....doesn’t remember me telling her that AJ, from here, and his wife, from Georgia, both checked in and said nothing from Matthew got to them as they are on the east of the state. (Which Ive been telling her for 2 days.) “You didn’t tell me that.” Yes, I did.
And then “I need a lesson in the thermostat because I’m cold here in the living room. Turn up the heat”. I gave her a lap blanket last year and this year I just got her a giant heating pad. I am not turning up the heat higher that 76. Round and round and round. I told her I have to live here too. She said there are 2 thermostats. Yes, one upstairs and one downstairs. “No, 2 upstairs.” Where? “One in the hall and....” And where is the other one? No answer. There is only one upstairs and I’m not turning it up any higher.
Not a good evening.

Good morning, E...((HUGS))...it’s 29 degrees at my house, but still leaves on trees. That won’t last too much longer.
A Blessed Lord’s Day to you and yours.
You and Bo enjoy your Sunday. Happy hunting.

Well, at least you got a little break today. Too bad it couldn’t have lasted through the evening.
It turned out to be a good thing they didn’t move to the coast when they moved to GA. It means hauling “Gypsy” a little ways whenever they have her ready to go out on the seas but they missed the mess Matthew has made of the coast.
One of these days a hurricane will come up through the Gulf and they’re far enough south to get some “yeeha” out of it. Heck, Opal was still a hurricane when it came up over TN several years ago. I was out walking in it. Surprise! LOL
So AJ’s still up there, is he? Have they put him to work yet or is he still waiting?

My 12 String is a Martin.
My excellent new Luthier is the king of them all!
Would that make him the “Martin Luthier King”?

GOD BLESS AND PROTECT OUR TROOPS AND OUR BELOVED NATION!

Amazing Grace (Click)
By John Newton
Amazing grace! How sweet the sound That saved a wretch like me! I once was lost, but now am found; Was blind, but now I see.
'Twas grace that taught my heart to fear, And grace my fears relieved; How precious did that grace appear The hour I first believed!
Through many dangers, toils and snares, I have already come; Tis grace hath brought me safe thus far, And grace will lead me home.
The Lord has promised good to me, His Word my hope secures; He will my Shield and Portion be, As long as life endures.
Yea, when this flesh and heart shall fail, And mortal life shall cease, I shall possess, within the veil, A life of joy and peace.
The earth shall soon dissolve like snow, The sun forbear to shine; But God, Who called me here below, Will be forever mine.
When weve been there ten thousand years, Bright shining as the sun, Weve no less days to sing Gods praise Than when wed first begun.
