When a group of individuals such as the nevertrumpers set the table for a problem and it occurs they might not be responsible for the immediate issue, but they are culpable just the same.

The Never Trumpers did not put the words in Trump's mouth that were quoted to him in the first primary debate by Megan Kelly. The never Trumpers did not put the words in Trump's mouth that he uttered in this video tape. It is Donald Trump who has the gaffe problem not the Never Trumpers. I think the Never Trumpers are misguided in their opposition to Trump to the extent of electing Hillary, but I certainly will not accept the blame for any catastrophe in this campaign and I will do everything I can to protect people like Ted Cruz from being maliciously scapegoated for Donald Trump's own blunders. This is all Donald, Donald and those who nominated him.
