This hurts Trump much in the way the allegations about Bush being charged with DWI hurt him just before the 2000 election. It is mitigated by Bill Clinton’s behavior which prevents Hillary from taking the righteous outrage posture. It might psychologically put Trump a bit off balance for Sunday’s debate. It will test his mettle.
