Considering what’s at stake, I’m guessing he’s gotten his marching orders. It will probably be the asshat.
He’ll be torn between following his orders and completely casting aside any chance of him being taken seriously as a “fair” journalist in the future. I guess my thinking is that there is a shadow of a chance that he will try to appear to be fair.
