I just got off the phone with old friends in Southside Estates about 15 minutes from Jax Beach. They said they are having a rain storm but nothing to do with the hurricane. They said so far they are not seeing any bad weather.
Yes it has been raining for over 24b hrs not hurricane related But, tomorrow at about 8 a.m. anticipating outer bands of Matthew. This hurricane has formed a loop & is anticipated to follow same path in 24 hours
