it could be the biggest scam since record labels invented the “pay to play” back in the 60’s
(A) who on Capitol Hill (in or out of office) has foundations in DC.....
(B) or foundations in their districts....
(C) the amount of tax dollars they are gorging on,
(D) we demand legislation or Constitutional amendments to end foundations by holders of the public purse.
