Hillary will not go to jail tomorrow; 5. Neither is Obama; 6. While not impossible, it is very difficult for an individual (even an illegal arms dealer with connections and the ability to flee the country) to fight a government. Any government, but especially the Us government (even little Rwanda sent trained assassins to kill some person in a foreign country). The arms dealer would know that it would be imprudent to do/say certain things.
Bottom line - the story is the equivalent of a debate on whether Superman can beat up the Hulk. That is, an infantile waste of time.
