If what is presented on the video is true, then it sounds bad. It’s the Office of Financial Research. The Wiki article is pretty scary. It was set up after Dodd-Frank, and it has a lot of odd powers. One of them is that pay and promotions don’t have to follow regular government rules. Another thing is they can subpoena any financial business for any data they have for any reason the OFR dreams up. It even has its own slush fund set up that is initially funded by the government, but then is designed to become self-supporting through investment of “fees, appropriations and assessments”, whatever that means.

It sounds like a Dem slush fund/extortion racket/ job program.
