We can assume all are Muslims based on the track record.
Not very often, since the IRA signed the cease fire at least. I guess there are still the Basque terrorists but even they seem to have been pretty quiet the last decade or so.

In Great Britian...when the terrorists are the IRA. But, the EU hasn’t said not to identify the IRA as the culprit when they ARE the culprit. They only want to keep the identity of the enemy hidden when that enemy was put there buy the EU!
It makes you wonder if the EU isn’t the bigger enemy since they want to protect and hide the enemy’s identity from the target.
Looks like the EU and Herself follow the same script.
Right, they should just have a policy of stating when they’re NOT moon-god worshippers and let everybody deduce the truth.
