Kingdoms navy, air force, marines and special units take part in war games to protect against any possible aggression
Saudi Arabia is conducting live-fire drills during war games underway in the Gulf, official media said on Tuesday, as tensions simmer with Iran.
Exercise Gulf Shield 1 has begun with naval ships, aircraft, marines and special units, the Saudi Press Agency said.
The manoeuvres are also taking place in the strategic Strait of Hormuz and the Sea of Oman.

Iran has forbidden it’s citizens from traveling to Saudi Arabia, performing the hadj, the pilgrimage to Meccas.
Iran is actively promoting Karbala in Iraq as the appropriate place to pilgamage.
If you know your history, Shia-Sunni strife was forged at the Battle of Karbala.

And, Syria only makes sense as us fighting a proxy war on behalf of Quatar, Behrain and the Saudi’s against Iran and the so called “Shia Crescent”.
All while Saudi Arabia is fighting a proxy war already with Iran in Yemen on it’s southern board.
If both Iran and Saudi Arabia were wiped off the face of the earth, our world would be a better place.

Saudi Arabia has to keep the waterways open, in which it has many potential allies, none of whom want the waterways controlled by Iran. It doesn’t have to conquer Iran, just fend it off. Iran, however, has to occupy and control strategic land all along the waterway, and may have to conquer the Arabian peninsula, Iraq...
