Put cameras outside of polling places in inner city neighborhoods and COUNT THE PEOPLE WHO COME TO VOTE - COMPARE THAT TO THE 'RECORD' OF THOSE WHO VOTED AT THAT POLLING PLACE.ho Then prosecute the hell out of people who steal the votes of American citizens...
