All issues, illustrated with anecdote. His naysayers will claim his proposed actions are illegal, unconstitutional, too expensive, and cruel. Keeping terrorists out is cruel? I bet he sticks to issues from here on out. He can see the immediate goal, election, and it is time to close the deal - no nonsense.
