I you are referring to the stadium in Ann Arbor, that is the Univ of Michigan's stadium. Michigan State is in East Lansing.
My apologies to Michigan folks ... Not familiar with the distinction between the two schools. Nevertheless I googled 120,000 seats to have a visual of 138,000 and a Michigan stadium came up that seats only 110,000. Lots of bodies! That’s nearly 3000 wards of the state per state.
