Coolest place we went? The 5-story arcade at Disney Springs. Went there on a whim (nothing to do one afternoon) and wished we'd allotted more time. Had the place pretty much to ourselves. WBill Jr designed his own roller coaster, then rode it in a 360 degree motion simulator. Barf-inducing..... I've done that -- lots of fun.
But, there is now a roller coaster simulator in Epcot, near the test track. The capsule is mounted on the end of the arm of a big industrial robot. The range of motion is much greater. However, I haven't tried that one.
Roller Coaster Sim wasn't there when we were. Test Track was, though, and other than the fact that it had technical difficulties (forcing us to come back), it was pretty cool.
Wouldn't have wanted to wait 2 hours to get on it, though. Wasn't THAT cool.
