PA is in play. Hillary is in trouble and she knows it. Trump's courting of the black vote is what can win him the state. The more black votes he can win from Philly and Pittsburgh, the more he can minimize the inevitable fraud you know the Dems will commit.
He wins 20% of the black vote and Trump wins big.
Trump needs to move is third house to Philly and camp out there for the next two weeks......
