He was coming out of church and was on his way to a Bible study class. He had a Bible in one hand and a semi-automatic weapon for protection in his other hand. He saw two white men in police uniforms telling him to stop so he had to assume that they were going to rob him so he started shooting. He was going to be his high school class’ Valedictorian and had already been accpeted to Harvard University. Did I miss anything?

Usually one of the “parents” is nearing the end of high school; with no job skills or work ethic they have to start a new “hive” (especially since they’ll no longer qualify for “freebies” for the existing queen as they become adults).
Too bad they didn’t hit the “sweet” spot on the target. It would saved the world from his spawn and his lifetime life on welfare, crime and fraud.

Before you get off on a tangent, I was merely pointing out that the 2A has no age requirement. Whether or not you agree with that is a different issue.
What about the other Constitutionally protected rights - which one of those shouldn’t ‘kick in’ before a certain age?
Can you imagine the gov’t restricting the ability for 10 year olds to peaceably assemble, exercise free speech, etc.? How about unreasonable searches and seizures (4A) - what is the correct age an American has to be so that a judge can no longer ignore probable cause when issuing a warrant?
It’s equally absurd for these rights to expire simply because one has reached a certain age as well.
