An onlooker interrupted a Fox News live outdoors shot Saturday, repeatedly yelling “Bill Clinton is a rapist” before being removed by security.
The incident occurred just before 8 a.m. as “Fox & Friends” hosts Tucker Carlson, Abby Huntsman and Ed Henry were live from the streets of midtown Manhattan, introducing a segment on a charity event for shelter pets.
He yelled “Bill Clinton is a rapist” five times, clinging to the security railing as security forces wrestled him out of the shot.
"We've got a very excited young man behind us," joked a laughing Tucker Carlson.

Yeah. That’s a giant stretch. Private citizens, including security guards, cannot enforce disturbing the peace. Otherwise they would also be disturbing the peace. That is a job for law enforcement.
If the boy was on a public sidewalk, those security guards committed criminal assault, or at least used excessive force because he did not present a danger. (You are only allowed to use force which is one step above the threat you are facing.)
Security guards have the same authority as private citizens. Unless you are a law enforcement officer, you can ONLY arrest someone for committing a felony, meaning a crime punishable by more than one year of incarceration.
And even if this was on private property in a location where the public can ordinarily be, criminal trespass would require telling the person to leave. They just tackled him.
Unlawful restraint. Assault. Borderline kidnapping. All caught on camera. He should press charges and sue.
Also, Clinton IS a rapist. And it does not depend on what the meaning of “is” is.
I am sure the hosts of FOX do not sit on a public side walk and the area in front of the bldg is not public property.
I am also sure FOX is on top of what is there domain and what is public so there “GOONS” can properly protect the employees from loons.
I thought the guy was funny but security may have a different view unlike yourself.
