Yes but was she on the fence on who to vote for? Most of them are already in the tank for Clinton.
I hear you, I have 2 female relatives and know other women who claim to care about this and other identity politics non-issues. But they were already in the tank for Hillary since 2008. They were never going to vote for Trump (or any Republican for that matter) no matter what.
I find it hard to believe this sort of thing would sway an undecided voter. But I guess I’ll have to concede there are people that gullible.
And then there’s my dad, who loathes Hillary, but bought the Yeb! spin on Trump. He’s starting to come around I think, but if this crap remains unchallenged then it’ll be pretty easy for him to fall back into the MSM spin.
So there’s at least two. I’m the only really political one in my family, except for my under-18 brother who was a Bernie-kid, so I’m watching this unfold with the lo-fos.
