Of paid...
I can see a lot of dumbass kids ‘volunteering’ for $1000 bucks a month. Beats asking your parents for money.
And after a few months... they are threatened to lose it if they don’t turn in all their neighbors.
Remember Obama wanted a civilian force of some sort that was equal to the US army? That is the one thing that never went anywhere.
