Have never watched an episode.
The media is a weapon. We need to wrest it out of their grip, and turn it's power back on them.
Never watched it - premise just doesn’t appeal to me.
Couldn’t take the gay married couple. Not even ogling Sofia Vergara could get me past that.
I watch the Goldbergs instead. A sweet family with a mom and dad living the life in the 80’s.
Shark? Jumped.
Or, it shows that viewers are tired of having this preachy LGBTQ nonsense shoved at them.
Either is fine with me, but I've never seen the show. Just read the FR commentary on it....
This entire show has been nothing but a piece of propaganda since day one... The fact so many people don’t recognize how the media is nothing but a propaganda machine and let their kids watch this sort of drivel is beyond me.
Anything from Disney in the past 30 years has been sewage.

There’s a reason why we watch less and less tv and when we do it’s usually old reruns.
Hmmmmm....that probably explains why I’m watching TV less and less.
This is flat out child abuse! Shocking that Jackson’s parents are lesbian. No wonder this kid had extreme anxiety at age 4! Just a pawn for these scumbags. I don’t know how any normal person watches this show. I blame it for almost single handedly brainwashing our culture on the marriage acceptance.
I am a pretty regular watcher of this show. Last night they had the transgender kid on. It was not a huge part of the show, and they actually got a chortle out of me on a couple of the jokes.
All in all, the show is consistently funny and well written. Yes, it is not for everyone. That’s why cable TV has so many channels.
Sexualizing a four year old! How is this not child abuse of the most vile nature?
If the show's writers truly want to examine how tolerant the two homosexual characters are they should introduce yet another 8-year-old: One with strong religious values and an NRA membership card. Let's see how this would play out ...
.....and Ed O’Neill keeps raking it in. I’ll bet he’s worth more than Seinfeld at this point.
This is why we don’t watch sitcoms in our house.
It’s starting it’s 8th season, and it’s struggling to find new material. The early years were good, and frequently un-PC (the adopted Asian daughter wrecks her toy pedal car, driving it into a wall in the house, “ok, we knew this was a possibility” is the response).
This season is a bunch of dreary PC nonsense. The show has jumped the shark with the transgender 8 year old and the non-stop efforts to make A Point about “tolerance”. The show should have ended a couple of years ago.
