This is the most vulnerable time of all.
When they riot, O will still be in office. He will allow them to Scorch Earth America, and will call out troops NOT to reign them in; rather, he will order troops against the American People. This possibility/probability has been previously discussed by others.
How many troops will comply is subject for speculation. Nevertheless, a President-Elect Trump will be powerless to right the wrong for months. That is when they will burn it down. JMHO.
