As the guy turns back and heads to center stage, man is keeping his eye on Holt, and then Holt stands up. Man is carrying folder under his right arm. But just before man encounters Holt behind all the Hillary hub-bub, the man moves the folder from under his right arm to his left hand. He encounters Holt on his LEFT. Unable to see any actual hand off of if he still had the folder in his left hand after he continued to walk across the stage. Suspicious alright.
I agree, very suspicious. The guy was very nervous and uncertain looking as he stood stage left after he picked the thing up.
