A Tennessee man wore a gorilla mask, carried a rope and tried to hand out bananas at a college Black Lives Matter protest Wednesday, police said.
East Tennessee State University campus police arrested freshman student Tristan Rettke, who is white, on a charge of civil rights intimidation following the disruption, the Johnson City Press reported. University officials condemned his act and scheduled a community discussion.
A video published by the newspaper showed the man later identified as Rettke wearing overalls and also holding a burlap sack with a marijuana leaf and Confederate flag on it. He dangled a banana with the rope toward the dozen or so demonstrators in the video.

Maybe the guy should NOT hand out bananas, that is a bit in your face but if one just goes to the protests, in this garb, with a banana on a rope and the mask, that should not be in excess. But again, a lot of what BLM does is "in your face" as well. I don't know if the University sanctioned 3 days of protests or what. God sees the truth, but waits - Tolstoy
( not even sure what that means, but hey. )

They are not nearly as common as the moonbats want people to believe. But yeah, there are a handful of honest to God bigots out there. It looks like they found one. Oh joy. We will be hearing about this forever.

“civil rights intimidation”
Why, because he’s white?
What if he had been black? Asian? Mexican?
Isn’t there equal protection under the law?

It seems to me that what BLM does is civil rights intimidation . Why are they not arrested? --- I agree, I found this webpage, looks leftist (if I can post it) but shows one of the protesters holds up a sign: Meanwhile, another student was present holding a sign that said black lives matter, all lives dont. http://howldb.com/p/free-speech-hate-speech-student-charged-for-dressing-up-as-gorilla-at-blm-protest-0busqv See the sign at the link, the sign actually say "Black Lives Matter ≠ All Lives Don't", I don't know what this even means but it comes across to me as being militant.

Its been scary, and its getting scarier. Im getting to the point of wondering, What will be my moment, When will I break. Perhaps melodramatic. Perhaps not.
I know how you feel. Who among us hasn’t wanted to
put on a gorilla mask and let slip the bananas of war.

My last post got garbled, sorry all. I think this guy was probably being a clown like someone said, maybe this was hazing. They or He was just trying to yank some chains but maybe he is a real racist type. Who knows. It’s a sort of thought crime in what they are prosecuting. Why isn’t Kaepernick prosecuted. That could be this guy’s point as well.

holding a burlap sack with a marijuana leaf and Confederate flag on it. I'd imagine that image caused some cognitive dissonance among the lib students.
