When Rep. Ratcliffe from Texas questioned Director Comey today, he listed all the many times that evidence was electronically deleted or destroyed, included material under subpoena. Ratcliffe said, "this screams obstruction of justice."
The the answer he got from Comey, after listing the destruction of evidence, was, "To ignore that which we don't have . . . we live in a fact-based world . . . so it's hard for me to react to these things you don't have . . . so that's my reaction to it." Ratcliffe's questioning is worth listening to in its entirety: Begins at 2:41:00
Comey is wondering whether if it was worth it to take the shot for Clinton.
If Obie doesn’t give him a last minute Nixon pardon, Comey could be looking at real prison time under a Trump administration.
His testimony shows he’s not nearly as bright and clever as he thinks he is.
