There are not too many Amish in El Cajon, although there are a lot of section 8 apartments there. a lot of low income white people. Rents in El Cajon are a little less expensive than in San Diego. If there are riots it will be because of outside agitators.
I don’t live in El Cajon, but I am not too far away. El Cajon is still majority white, with a large number of Spanish speaking and Arabic speaking folks (Chaldean Christians and Muslims). There are some African American, but much less numerically than Arabic speaking.
El Cajon is basically Hispanics and rednecks.
